Stadiums & events · Tampa Bay

Concessions, suites, festivals, pop-ups. Refrigeration when it absolutely has to work.

Stadium concession refrigeration, suite-kitchen support, arena F&B service, fixed-venue event spaces, and one-time festival or pop-up cold-chain support across Tampa Bay. Event refrigeration is high-stakes, often with one shot to get it right — and a 70,000-person crowd is unforgiving when the beer runs warm.

01 / Equipment we service

Concession + event refrigeration.

Stadiums, arenas, convention centers, fixed-venue event spaces, and one-time festival or pop-up operators.

Concession reach-ins & merchandisers

Beer coolers, beverage merchandisers, and concession-grade reach-ins across stadium concourses.

Suite-kitchen refrigeration

Suite-level F&B reach-ins, prep tables, and ice service for premium suites.

Arena central commissary

Walk-in coolers and freezers feeding all concession points on game day.

Beer dispensing and draft cooling

Glycol-cooled draft systems, walk-in beer caves, and direct-draw merchandisers — high-volume on game day.

Ice service at scale

Stadium-scale ice production for fountain drinks, beverage service, and ice carts. Reliability is the entire game.

Pop-up & festival temp refrigeration

For festivals and one-time events, temporary refrigeration setup, on-site coverage during the event, and breakdown support.

02 / What's different in event venues

What makes events different.

Event refrigeration has one shot. There's no Tuesday to come back and try again — game day is the deliverable, and the timeline is the schedule.

Pre-event readiness is the work

The service call we want to make is two weeks before game day, not at halftime. Pre-event walkthroughs are how stadium and arena work actually gets done.

Event-day on-call standby

For high-stakes events, we stage techs on-call within fast response for the duration. It's not a normal SLA conversation; it's an event-day staffing plan.

Festival and pop-up logistics

Temporary venues need temporary refrigeration with reliable backup. We do site walks, pre-position equipment, and stand by during the event.

F&B partnerships with venue operators

Stadium F&B is often run by a third-party operator (Aramark, Levy, Delaware North, etc.). We work alongside the venue and the F&B partner — both stakeholders.

03 / Platform fit

Monitoring + portal for fixed venues.

Fixed venues with year-round F&B benefit from ColdSentry™ + ArcticOS™ across concessions and central commissary. Pop-ups are project work.

ColdSentry™Monitoring

Concession + commissary monitoring

Sensors on every concession reach-in, suite kitchen, and central commissary box. Pre-game readiness checks run from the dashboard.

ArcticOS™Portal

Venue + F&B operator joint portal

Both the venue's engineering team and the F&B operator's management share a single portal — equipment, work orders, monitoring, and event readiness.

04 / Engagement

How we work with event venues

Fixed-venue annual contract

Year-round PM and on-call service for stadium, arena, or convention center F&B. Pre-game readiness inspections built in for major event days.

Event-day standby

Technician staged on-call for marquee events. Defined response window for the event duration.

Pop-up & festival project

One-time engagement covering temporary refrigeration setup, on-site coverage, and breakdown. Quoted as a fixed project.
